CAMP HAGGIS 2027 REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as fair as possible while ensuring Camp Haggis can continue to operate smoothly. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

Refund Eligibility:

Full refunds will be issued for any cancellation requests made on or before December 28, 2026 (60 days before Camp Haggis begins). A 50% refund will be available for cancellations made between December 29, 2026, and January 27, 2027 (30–59 days before Camp Haggis begins). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 28, 2027 (30 days or fewer before Camp Haggis begins). PayPal processing fees are non-refundable. Any refunds issued will be for the ticket price minus these fees.

Transfer Policy:

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional charge. Please notify us via email at camphaggis@gmail.com no later than February 12, 2027, with the name and contact details of the new attendee. Note that you will need to arrange directly with the resort if you wish to also transfer your room booking(s) to a new party.

Event Cancellation:

If Camp Haggis 2027 is canceled by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund (excluding PayPal processing fees). Tickets will not be transferred to a future event; refunds will be processed through PayPal.

Accommodation Refunds:

Attendees are responsible for arranging and canceling their own accommodations. Camp Haggis is not responsible for issuing refunds for lodging booked through the resort. Please contact the resort directly for their cancellation policy.

Force Majeure Clause:

Camp Haggis is not responsible for refunds or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer an alternative solution but cannot guarantee refunds beyond the terms stated above.
